How can I return a damaged product?

The order will be exchanged/returned only: –

  1. a) If the product is not authentic (which is never the case).
    b) It is damaged.
    c) Your product does not match, the. size/color you had ordered from us.

The complaint should be made within 12-24 hours of order delivery.

If your item meets one of the above conditions, then your item/order is eligible for return. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

In case of minor defects or minor damages during delivery, Ayzel Beauty may ONLY offer a discount rather than an exchange or refund.

What is Refund Policy?

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your Bank Account. We only refund the amount via Bank Transfer.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days. Our standard refund time is 10-15 business days.

How do I track my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

What are the payment methods?

There are two payment methods to purchase your favorite products from  Ayzel Beauty.

1. Cash on delivery

2. Bank Transfer

BANK TRANSFER

After an order is processed as a ‘Bank Deposit’, the customer needs to make the transfer at the given bank account details in the order confirmation email and send the screenshot at info@ayzelbeauty.com. After they receive a confirmation from the finance department, only then the order is confirmed and processed.
